I cannot even explain to you all how happy I was this past weekend to watch my college football team (Clemson!) play at a normal time of day-most of last year while we were stationed in England I would have to watch late at night or not at all due to the time zone difference.

This girl missed her football!!

I’m looking forward to spending the next three months of Saturdays watching my Tigers play and hopefully enjoying some yummy tailgating food like these Taco Ranch Chicken Wings while I watch!

Taco Ranch Chicken Wings

Honestly I didn’t eat wings much until recently-I’m not a huge fan of BBQ sauces and it wasn’t until last year that I realized I love a dry seasoned wing. I may or may not have asked my husband to take me to Buffalo Wild Wings once a week since we moved back stateside!

Since that was starting to break the bank I had to begin making my own wings at home-good thing they’re so easy! This taco ranch version is super easy and fast due to using the premade mixes-and the flavor packs a punch! Try them and let me know what you think in the comments-let me know your favorite college football team too!

Ingredients

  • chicken wings
  • olive oil
  • ranch seasoning
  • taco seasoning

Step by step

This recipe is so simple, it’s almost silly to post! Simply coat the wings in olive oil and then toss with the seasonings to coat. Bake for 45 minutes in the oven and it’s game time!

Storage

Store leftover wings in an airtight container for up to 3 days. Reheat wings in the microwave or oven.

These would be perfect served with some of our other game-day favorites like Buffalo Chicken Dip, Parmesan Artichoke Dip, Parmesan Herb Wings, Bacon Cheddar Ranch Dip, and Bacon Cheddar Dip!
