Serving suggestions

Serve with fries or sweet potato fries and a dipping sauce. Homemade Chick-Fil-A sauce, homemade Zax sauce, sweet potato fry sauce, barbecue sauce, or remoulade are some of our favorite sauces for dipping.

You can also use these tenders warm or cold to add a little protein to a salad or serve in a tasty wrap.

Storage

Store any leftovers in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 3 days. To reheat, place them on a baking sheet and bake at 350°F for about 10 minutes or until heated through. You can also heat them in an air fryer to keep them crispy or the microwave if you don’t mind a softer texture.

To freeze, let the cooked nuggets cool completely, then place them in a single layer on a baking sheet and freeze for about an hour. Once frozen, transfer them to a freezer-safe bag or container.

To reheat, bake the frozen nuggets in a 375°F oven for 15-20 minutes, or until they’re heated through and crispy again. You can also use an air fryer for 8-10 minutes at 350°F for a quicker option, ensuring they maintain that delicious crispy texture.
