Did you guys see my Facebook Live broadcast over the weekend? I was putting the finishing touches on these insanely delicious Peanut Butter Cup Cupcakes and showing you my process of taking the pictures.  It was torture not to gobble them up in the process, I could smell the amazing peanut butter frosting and of course knowing that the chocolate cupcakes held a surprise peanut butter cup inside didn’t help!

Luckily for me we were attending a party that evening and I was able to package these babies up to gift to the hosts-they wouldn’t have lasted long if I had kept them in the house!

I started these the easy way-boxed cake mix.  Sometimes you don’t need to complicate things, you know? Besides, with peanut butter frosting this amazing you don’t need a whole lot else.
