Is there anything more amazing tasting than snacks that combine salty and sweet? No. There really isn’t! I have been wracking my brain the past few weeks to come up with some new recipe ideas to gift for the holidays and I’m excited to let you know that this Mixed Nut & Pretzel White Chocolate Bark is the winner!
The key to making this bark extra special amazing was including Planter’s Deluxe Mixed Nuts in it…I grew up in Southeastern Virginia where peanuts are king and Planter’s is the king of all peanuts! {There was actually a HUGE large Mr. Peanut “statue” near my great grandfather’s house in Suffolk, VA that I thought was the coolest thing in the world when I was a little girl!!} I always keep this nut mix on hand for snacking-with their unique combination of good fats, dietary fiber, and vitamins and minerals it’s one of the first things I grab when we have company or my three boys are begging for a snack! The mixture of pistachios, cashews, almonds, brazil nuts, and pecans really take the chocolate bark to the next level!

The taste of this is just amazing-one little square squelches any cravings I might have! I packaged up about 5 servings into small gift bags recently for some houseguests but am planning on gifting by the batch for the holidays! It’s also a huge hit when entertaining and a great make-ahead dessert!
How do you store the finished bark?
Simply store in an airtight container at room temperature or you can refrigerate them Bridget.
this was amazing, totally addictive, I ate it all over the weekend! Thanks!
