Description

This vanilla fudge is your go-to treat when you need a little sweetness in your life. A creamy, dreamy delight perfect for satisfying those dessert cravings or for gifting.


Ingredients

  • 1 14 ounce can sweetened condensed milk
  • 1 12 ounce bag semi-sweet white chocolate chips

Instructions

  1. Line an 8×8-inch pan with parchment paper and set it aside.
  2. Place the chocolate chips in a medium mixing bowl. Microwave on high for one minute.
  3. After microwaving, add the sweetened condensed milk to the chocolate chips and microwave again for another minute, or until the chocolate chips are completely smooth when stirred. Stir thoroughly to combine all ingredients.
  4. Pour the mixture into the prepared pan and spread it evenly, tapping the pan on the counter to flatten. Place the pan in the fridge for 4 hours, or until the fudge is set.
  5. To serve, slice the fudge into 1-inch pieces using a sharp knife. Enjoy!
