Description
Turkey Tetrazzini is a comforting pasta baked with leftover turkey and pasta in a creamy sauce, topped with mozzarella cheese. It’s a satisfying meal that’s sure to please the whole family.

- 16 ounces fettucini or pasta of your choice
- 1/2 cup unsalted butter
- 1 pound turkey
- 2 cans cream of mushroom soup
- 2 cups sour cream
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1/2 teaspoon ground black pepper
- 1/2 cup chicken broth
- 1 1/2 cup frozen peas
- 2 cups shredded mozzarella cheese
- parsley for garnish
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350 F. Spray a 9 by 13 inch baking dish with nonstick cooking spray. Set aside.
- Cook pasta al dente according to package directions.
- Meanwhile, in a large mixing bowl, combine butter, turkey, soup, sour cream, spices, broth, and peas. Stir to combine.
- When pasta is cooked and drained, add to the turkey mixture and stir.
- Pour turkey and noodle mixture into the prepared casserole dish. Sprinkle with mozzarella cheese.
- Bake 30 minutes or until cheese is melted and golden brown. Serve immediately.
