Description

Turkey Tetrazzini is a comforting pasta baked with leftover turkey and pasta in a creamy sauce, topped with mozzarella cheese. It’s a satisfying meal that’s sure to please the whole family.


Ingredients

  • 16 ounces fettucini or pasta of your choice
  • 1/2 cup unsalted butter
  • 1 pound turkey
  • 2 cans cream of mushroom soup
  • 2 cups sour cream
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon ground black pepper
  • 1/2 cup chicken broth
  • 1 1/2 cup frozen peas
  • 2 cups shredded mozzarella cheese
  • parsley for garnish

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 350 F. Spray a 9 by 13 inch baking dish with nonstick cooking spray. Set aside.
  2. Cook pasta al dente according to package directions.
  3. Meanwhile, in a large mixing bowl, combine butter, turkey, soup, sour cream, spices, broth, and peas. Stir to combine. 
  4. When pasta is cooked and drained, add to the turkey mixture and stir.
  5. Pour turkey and noodle mixture into the prepared casserole dish. Sprinkle with mozzarella cheese.
  6. Bake 30 minutes or until cheese is melted and golden brown. Serve immediately.

Notes

Store leftovers in an airtight container for up to 3 days in the refrigerator. Freeze for up to 3 months in a freezer-safe container (affiliate link).
