Description

My sparkling berry white sangria is a quick 5-minute drink made with fresh berries and white wine. It’s fruity, fizzy, and the perfect choice for a summer evening.

Ingredients

Units Scale

Ingredients

  • 1 bottle sparkling white wine (I use Prosecco)
  • 2 1/2 cups white cranberry juice
  • 2/3 cup orange liqueur such as Grand Marnier or Cointreau
  • 2/3 cup strawberries, hulled and sliced
  • 2/3 cup blueberries

Instructions

Instructions

  1. Slice the strawberries and add them to a pitcher along with the blueberries.
  2. Pour in the orange liqueur and white cranberry juice, allowing the flavors to combine.
  3. If serving immediately, top with sparkling wine, stir gently, and serve.
  4. If you’re making it ahead, refrigerate the mixture without the sparkling wine and add it just before serving to keep the fizz fresh and bubbly.
