- 1 pound halved raw pecans
- 1 egg white
- 1 tablespoon water
- 1 tablespoon vanilla extract
- 1 cup granulated sugar
- 1 tablespoon ground cinnamon

- Preheat the oven to 275ยฐF. Spray a cookie sheet thoroughly with nonstick spray to prevent sticking.
- In a small bowl, combine the egg white, water, and vanilla extract. Whisk until frothy to create a light coating for the pecans.
- Place the pecans in a large bowl and pour the egg mixture over them. Stir until all the pecans are evenly coated.
- In a gallon-sized plastic bag, combine the sugar, cinnamon, and salt. Seal the bag and shake to mix everything.
- Pour the coated pecans into the bag with the sugar mixture. Seal the bag and shake well until the pecans are fully covered.
- Spread the pecans in an even layer on the prepared baking sheet. Bake for 50 minutes, stirring halfway through to ensure even roasting.
- Remove the pecans from the oven and let them cool completely before serving or storing. Enjoy!
