- 1 cup diced fresh strawberries

- Stir the dry ingredients into the wet mixture until just combined. Gently fold in the chopped fresh strawberries.
- Pour the batter into a buttered loaf pan and bake until golden brown, about 50 minutes. Let it cool, and enjoy!
Notes
- To make the bread appealing, reserve a few chopped strawberries and add them on top of the batter before putting it in the oven. Be sure to gently press the strawberries into the batter.
