  • 1/3 cup melted butter
  • 3/4 cup sugar
  • 1 egg, beaten
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla
  • 1 teaspoon baking soda
  • pinch of salt

  • 1 cup diced fresh strawberries

Instructions

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a bowl, mash the ripe bananas, then add the melted butter and mix well.
  3. In another bowl, combine the sugar, egg, and vanilla extract, then add to the banana mixture.
  4. In a separate bowl, whisk together the baking soda, salt, and flour.
  5. Stir the dry ingredients into the wet mixture until just combined. Gently fold in the chopped fresh strawberries.
  6. Pour the batter into a buttered loaf pan and bake until golden brown, about 50 minutes. Let it cool, and enjoy!
