- 16 oz cream cheese, softened
- 1 oz packet dry ranch seasoning
- 1 red bell pepper, finely diced
- 1 jalapeño pepper, finely diced
- 1 – 15 oz can corn, drained
- 1 – 4.25 oz can chopped black olives, drained
- 2 green onions, diced, for topping
Instructions
- Cut the red pepper and jalapeño, removing stems and seeds. Dice the green onions and set aside.
- In a large bowl, use a hand mixer to blend the cream cheese and ranch seasoning until light and creamy.
- Add the diced red pepper, jalapeño, corn, and olives. Stir well.
- Spoon the mixture into your serving dish and top with green onions.
- Refrigerate at least 30 minutes before serving for the best flavor.
