Description

Poolside Dip is light, creamy, and packed with ranch flavor, making it the perfect accompaniment to a day spent lounging by the pool (or anywhere for that matter!) Serve with crackers, veggies, or chips for the perfect satisfying snack.


Ingredients

  • 16 oz cream cheese, softened
  • 1 oz packet dry ranch seasoning
  • 1 red bell pepper, finely diced
  • 1 jalapeรฑo pepper, finely diced
  • 1 - 15 oz can corn, drained
  • 1 - 4.25 oz can chopped black olives, drained
  • 2 green onions, diced, for topping

Instructions

  1. Cut the red pepper and jalapeรฑo, removing stems and seeds. Dice the green onions and set aside.
  2. In a large bowl, use a hand mixer to blend the cream cheese and ranch seasoning until light and creamy.
  3. Add the diced red pepper, jalapeรฑo, corn, and olives. Stir well.
  4. Spoon the mixture into your serving dish and top with green onions.ย 
  5. Refrigerate at least 30 minutes before serving for the best flavor.
