The Paloma is a refreshing and easy to make tequila and grapefruit cocktail recipe that originated in Mexico. Low carb, sugar-free, skinny cocktail.
- 2 ounces top-shelf tequila
- juice of half a lime
- grapefruit flavored soda water to top off (about 1/2 cup)
- Fill a collins glass with ice.
- Pour tequila and lime juice over the ice and top off with grapefruit soda water.
- Garnish with lime wedge.
Glass rim can be salted if desired.
