A Paloma is a classic fruity tequila cocktail perfect for summer happy hours! Make this delicious drink low carb and low calorie with this adapted version made with pink grapefruit soda! Low-carb, sugar-free, skinny cocktail.


Ingredients

  • 2 ounces top-shelf tequila
  • juice of half a lime
  • grapefruit flavored soda water to top off (about 1/2 cup)

Instructions

  1. Fill a collins glass with ice.
  2. Pour tequila and lime juice over the ice and top off with grapefruit soda water.
  3. Garnish with lime wedge.
