Maple butter roasted carrots are super easy, just 3 ingredients, and a huge hit every time I serve them. Tender roasted carrots with the sweetness of maple syrup!

- 10 large carrots, peeled
- 3 tablespoons unsalted butter, melted
- 3 tablespoons maple syrup
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 425 degrees. Line a baking dish with parchment paper.
- Arrange carrots in a single layer on the prepared dish.
- In a small bowl stir together butter and maple syrup.
- Pour mixture over the carrots and roll them in the extra on the pan to coat.
- Bake for 25 minutes or until fork-tender. Serve immediately.
