1/2 cup butter room temperature

1/4 cup granulated sugar

1/2 cup packed brown sugar

2 tbsp milk

1 tsp vanilla

1 1/4 cup all purpose flour

1/2 cup mini chocolate chips
Instructions

Spread flour on a baking sheet and toast for 5 minutes at 350 degrees to kill bacteria. Allow to cool before continuing.

Cream together the butter and sugars.
