Description

This classic avocado toast is ready in just a 5 minutes. Toast your favorite bread, sliced a ripe avocado with a diced tomato and spread it on top. A drizzle of olive oil and sprinkle of salt and pepper finish this quick and satisfying breakfast or snack.

  • 2 slices of bread
  • 1 ripe avocado, sliced
  • 1/2 tomato, diced
  • 1 tsp bagel seasoning
  • Salt, to taste
  • Black pepper, to taste


Instructions

  1. Prepare Avocado and Tomato: Start by cutting the avocado in half, removing the pit and skin. Slice the avocado thinly. Wash and dice your tomato.
  2.  Toast Bread: Toast your bread until it reaches your desired crunchiness.
  3. Assemble Avocado Toast: Place the sliced avocado on your toasted bread, then add the diced tomatoes and sprinkle with everything bagel seasoning. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
