These crock pot Salisbury steak meatballs are the ultimate comfort food! Slow-cooked in a rich, savory gravy, they’re easy to make and perfect for a cozy dinner.

  • 36 ounce bag frozen meatballs
  • 8 ounces sliced baby bella mushrooms
  • 1 onion, chopped
  • 35 garlic cloves, minced
  • 1 1/2 cups water or low sodium beef broth
  • 1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
  • 1 envelope brown gravy mix
  • 1 envelope onion soup mix
  • fresh parsley, for garnish (optional)

  1. Add frozen meatballs to a crockpot.
  2. Evenly distribute the mushrooms, onion, and garlic over the meatballs.
  3. Pour in the broth (or water) along with the Worcestershire sauce.
  4. Sprinkle the gravy mix and onion soup mix over the top.
  5. Cover with the lid and cook on LOW for 3 to 5 hours, stirring halfway through to ensure even cooking. The meatballs should be heated all the way through.
  6. Garnish with freshly chopped parsley. Serve and enjoy!
