Description

Ingredients

  • 2.5 cups sweetened coconut, shredded

Instructions

  1. Line a baking sheet or plate with wax or parchment paper.
  2. In a medium bowl, melt the coconut oil in the microwave for 30 seconds until it becomes liquid.
  3. Stir in the powdered sugar until blended. Add the shredded coconut and mix it with your hands.
  4. Form the mixture into 1-inch balls, and place them on the prepared plate.
  5. Freeze for 20 minutes or until ready to package.
