Caramel Pretzel Bars

Ooey gooey delicious pretzel caramel bars with chocolate chips and coconut-this is such an easy dessert and always a HUGE hit when I make them!


  • 18 graham crackers (2 sleeves), crushed
  • 6 Tablespoons butter, melted
  • 14 ounce can sweetened condensed milk
  • 1½ cup mini pretzel sticks, broken
  • 11 oz package caramel bits
  • 1 cup milk chocolate chocolate chips
  • 1 cup unsweetened shredded coconut


  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
  2. Spray a 9 by 13 casserole dish with nonstick spray.
  3. Mix melted butter and graham crackers in a medium bowl and then press into the bottom of the prepared dish.
  4. Pour half the can of condensed milk over the graham crackers.
  5. Sprinkle with 1 cup of pretzels.
  6. Melt caramel bits in a small bowl in the microwave according to package instructions.
  7. Pour over the pretzels and use a spatula sprayed with nonstick spray to smooth evenly.
  8. Sprinkle with chocolate chips and coconut.
  9. Pour remaining condensed milk over the bars and top with remaining pretzels. For extra pretty presentation I like to add some extra chocolate chips on top as well.
  10. Bake for 20-25 minutes or until coconut is golden.
  11. Allow to cool before slicing.
