Description

Want to try adding turmeric to your diet to reduce inflammation? This turmeric latte is a delicious and easy way to add some spice to your morning coffee and get your turmeric at the same time!


Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 teaspoon turmeric
  • 1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1 teaspoon pumpkin pie spice

Instructions

Mix the spices in a small jar or bowl. Add 1/2 teaspoon to each cup of coffee along with milk if desired. Keep covered in an airtight container.
