My Turmeric Latte, also known as “golden milk,” is a healthy and flavorful drink that adds some spice to your morning coffee and gets your turmeric at the same time!

  • 1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1 teaspoon pumpkin pie spice

  • milk or creamer

  1. In a small bowl, mix the turmeric, cinnamon, black pepper, and pumpkin spice to create your spice blend.
  2. Pour the brewed coffee into a mug and stir in one teaspoon of sugar (or sweeten to taste). Then, add the spice blend to the coffee and mix well.
  3. Froth the milk or creamer and pour it into the mug. Stir and enjoy!
