For the Peach Syrup:
- 2 peaches, thinly sliced
- 1 cup of sugar
- 1 cup of water
For the Peach Iced Tea:
- 2 family-size tea bags
- fresh mint

- In a small saucepan, bring sugar, water, and sliced peaches to a boil.
- Stir the mixture to dissolve the sugar, then remove from heat. Mash the peaches with the back of a spoon.
- Cover and let the syrup sit for 20 minutes. Afterward, strain it through a mesh to remove the peach solids.
- While the peach syrup is cooling, prepare the tea according to package directions.
- To serve, add the peach simple syrup to the tea to your taste and enjoy!
