- 1 cup reduced sodium soy sauce
- 1/2 cup honey
- 1/4 cup hoisin sauce
- 1 tbsp rice vinegar
- 1 tbsp toasted sesame oil
- 6-8 cloves of garlic, grated
- 2 scallions, chopped
- 1 tsp sesame seeds
- 1/4 tsp salt, or to taste
- 1/4 tsp black pepper, or to taste
Instructions
- Prepare Ingredients: Grate your garlic and chop the scallions.
- Combine Ingredients in Slow Cooker: In your slow cooker, add the chicken breast, reduced sodium soy sauce, honey, hoisin sauce, grated garlic, rice vinegar, toasted sesame oil, salt, and black pepper. Stir until well combined.
