Save your calories but satisfy your sweet tooth with this skinny Crustless Apple Pie recipe with less than 50 calories and only 1 Weight Watchers point plus value!
- 4 Gala Apples
- 3 tsp sugar
- 1 tablespoon ground cinnamon
- whipped cream or lowfat ice cream for topping (optional)
Preheat oven to 375 degrees.
Core and dice apples into 1/2″ cubes.
Fill 6 ramekins half full of apple pieces, sprinkle generously with cinnamon.
Fill remainder of ramekins with apple pieces, sprinkle again with cinnamon and 1/2 tsp sugar per ramekin.
Place ramekins on baking sheet and bake for 35 minutes or until apples are soft.
- The recipe can be combined into one baking dish or pie dish if desired.
- Serve with low-fat ice cream or whipped cream if desired.
