Description

Save your calories but satisfy your sweet tooth with this skinny Crustless Apple Pie recipe with less than 50 calories and only 1 Weight Watchers point plus value!


Ingredients

Scale
  • 4 Gala Apples
  • 3 tsp sugar
  • 1 tablespoon ground cinnamon
  • whipped cream or lowfat ice cream for topping (optional)

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 375 degrees.

  2. Core and dice apples into 1/2″ cubes.

  3. Fill 6 ramekins half full of apple pieces, sprinkle generously with cinnamon.

  4. Fill remainder of ramekins with apple pieces, sprinkle again with cinnamon and 1/2 tsp sugar per ramekin.

  5. Place ramekins on baking sheet and bake for 35 minutes or until apples are soft.

Notes

  • The recipe can be combined into one baking dish or pie dish if desired.
  • Serve with low-fat ice cream or whipped cream if desired.
