  • 1 egg beaten
  • 1 can (10.5 ounces) condensed French onion soup
  • 1/2 cup dry Italian bread crumbs
  • 1 teaspoon kosher salt
  • 1 teaspoon ground black pepper
  • 1.5 pounds ground beef
  • 1 tablespoon all-purpose flour
  • 1/4 cup water
  • 1/4 cup ketchup
  • 1 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
  • 1 packet dry French onion soup mix

Instructions

  1. In a large bowl, combine the egg, 1/3 cup of soup, bread crumbs, salt, pepper, and beef. Mix until well incorporated. Shape the mixture into six patties.
