Bite-sized yet bursting with flavor, these Reuben Sliders combine crispy, buttery rolls, tender corned beef, Swiss cheese, sauerkraut, and a creamy dressing. They are perfect for gatherings and provide a delicious twist on a deli favorite!

  • 12 Hawaiian Rolls
  • 8-ounces deli sliced corned beef
  • 8-ounces Swiss cheese
  • 1/4 cup Thousand Island dressing
  • 1 cup sauerkraut, drained and pressed dry with a paper towel
  • 1/4 cup unsalted butter
  • 2 teaspoons Worcestershire sauce
  • 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 2 tablespoon everything bagel seasoning

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F.
  2. Slice the Hawaiian rolls in half and place the bottom halves in a 9×13-inch baking dish.
  3. Spread a layer of Thousand Island dressing over the rolls.
  4. Add half of the Swiss cheese in an even layer. Spread the sauerkraut evenly on top, then layer the corned beef over the sauerkraut.
  5. Add the remaining Swiss cheese, then place the top halves of the rolls over the layers.
  6. Melt the butter in a microwave-safe bowl and stir in the Worcestershire sauce and garlic powder.
  7. Brush the butter mixture over the tops of the rolls, then sprinkle with everything bagel seasoning.
  8. Bake for 20-25 minutes, until the cheese is melted and the tops are golden brown.

Notes

If the top of the sliders is browning too quickly, cover loosely with aluminum foil.
