  • 3 tablespoons sugar
  • 4 teaspoons baking powder
  • 1 teaspoon pumpkin pie spice
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 4 tablespoons butter, melted
  • 1 large egg
  • 1/2 cup pumpkin puree
  • 1/2 cup milk
  • oil for frying
  • 1 cup sugar
  • 4 teaspoons pumpkin pie spice

Instructions

  1. In a small saucepan, heat oil 1-2″ deep over medium high heat until 375 degrees.
  2. Line a large plate with paper towels and set aside.
  3. Mix 1 cup of sugar and 4 teaspoons of pumpkin pie spice for coating in a small bowl and set aside.
