Easy Homemade Berry Tart Recipe

Description

These easy berry tarts are bursting with the vibrant flavors of ripe strawberries and juicy blueberries nestled atop a buttery flaky crust and tart lemon curd. Each bite promises a perfect balance of tartness and sweetness. Best of all, they whip up in less than 30 minutes!


Ingredients

Units Scale
  • 1/3 cup powdered sugar
  • 1 cup all purpose flower
  • 1 cup butter, softened
  • lemon curd
  • strawberries, sliced
  • blueberries

Instructions

  1. Combine powdered sugar, flour and butter in a mixer and blend until uniform.
  2. Press dough in mini tart pan (these have removable bottoms to facilitate removing the tart without breaking it.)
  3. Use a fork to poke holes in the bottom of the tart crust.
  4. Bake at 350 for 10-12 minutes until golden.
  5. Allow tarts to cool completely before removing from pans.
  6. Once completely cool spread lemon curd in generous layer on tart and top with fresh berries.
