- 1 cup brown sugar
- 10 to 15 graham cracker (plus extra crushed for garnish if desired)
- 1 1/2 cups chopped pecans
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- optional: flaky sea salt
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350 degrees Fahrenheit and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- Lay the graham crackers in a single layer on the baking sheet.
- In a saucepan, melt the butter over medium heat, then stir in the brown sugar until fully dissolved.
- Bring the mixture to a simmer, then stir in the vanilla, pecans, and salt.
- Carefully pour the pecan mixture over the graham crackers, spreading it out evenly.
- If you’d like, sprinkle extra crushed graham crackers on top for added texture.
- Bake in the preheated oven for 6 minutes, or until the topping is golden and bubbling.
- Allow the bark to cool completely at room temperature, then break it into pieces.
- Sprinkle with flaky sea salt before serving if desired.
