Description

Pecan Pie Bark gives you all the buttery, nutty goodness of traditional pecan pie in a fast and easy dessert perfect for parties or gifting. This graham cracker toffee recipe is the perfect easy holiday dessert!


Ingredients

  • 1 cup unsalted butter
  • 1 cup brown sugar
  • 10 to 15 graham cracker (plus extra crushed for garnish if desired)
  • 1 1/2 cups chopped pecans
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • optional: flaky sea salt

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350 degrees Fahrenheit and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. Lay the graham crackers in a single layer on the baking sheet.
  3. In a saucepan, melt the butter over medium heat, then stir in the brown sugar until fully dissolved.
  4. Bring the mixture to a simmer, then stir in the vanilla, pecans, and salt.
  5. Carefully pour the pecan mixture over the graham crackers, spreading it out evenly.
  6. If you’d like, sprinkle extra crushed graham crackers on top for added texture.
  7. Bake in the preheated oven for 6 minutes, or until the topping is golden and bubbling.
  8. Allow the bark to cool completely at room temperature, then break it into pieces.
  9. Sprinkle with flaky sea salt before serving if desired.
