- 2 cups frozen peas, thawed
- 1/2 cup diced red onion
- 1/2 cup diced celery
- 1/2 cup diced red bell pepper
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 1 cup mayonnaise
- 1/3 cup sour cream
- 1/2 tsp tablespoon dried dill
- 1 tablespoon apple cider vinegar
- 1/2 tsp pink salt
- 1/2 tsp pepper
Instructions
- In a large bowl, combine the peas, red onion, celery, red bell pepper, and cheddar cheese.
- In a separate small bowl, whisk together the mayonnaise, sour cream, dill, apple cider vinegar, salt, and pepper until well combined.
- Pour the dressing over the pea mixture and toss until all ingredients are evenly coated.
- Cover the salad and refrigerate for at least an hour to allow the flavors to meld together.
