Oven baked pork chops are an easy dinner ready in under 20 minutes! A flavorful olive oil and spice rub makes these pork chops turn out juicy and tender for a perfect meal every time!

- 4 thick cut pork chops
- extra virgin olive oil
- Montreal steak seasoning
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 400 degrees Fahrenheit.
- Pat pork chops dry with a paper towel.
- Brush chops with olive oil and sprinkle liberally with Montreal steak seasoning on both sides.
- Bake 7 minutes per 1/2 inch thickness or until 145 degrees Fahrenheit.
- Allow meat to rest 5 minutes before serving.
Notes
- If you don’t have Montreal Steak seasoning you can mix up your own with 2 teaspoons each paprika crushed peppercorns, kosher salt, and garlic powder with 1 teaspoon each onion powder, ground coriander, dill seed, and red pepper flakes
- If you want the look of a sear you can broil the pork chops the last 2-3 minutes of cooking.
