JalapeƱo Popper Chicken is a delicious keto-friendly and low carb dinner recipe. Chicken is layered with cream cheese, diced jalapeƱos, cheese, and bacon to make this easy weeknight recipe!

- 4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
- 8 oz cream cheese, softened
- 1 cup shredded sharp cheddar cheese
- 4 jalapeƱos
- 4 pieces of bacon
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 375 degrees.
- Place the chicken breasts in a large baking dish.
- Spread cream cheese evenly over the chicken breasts.
- Deseed the jalapeƱos and dice. Sprinkle over chicken and cream cheese.
- Top with shredded cheddar. Bake for 35 minutes.
- Meanwhile, cook bacon until crisp. Allow to cool, then chop coarsely.
- Sprinkle bacon over chicken and cook an additional ten minutes or until chicken reaches an internal temperature of 165ĖF. Serve immediately.
Notes
Leave in some jalapeƱo seeds for extra spice.
Store leftovers covered in the refrigerator up to 3 days Reheat in the oven for 15 minutes at 400 degrees or in the air fryer 10 minutes at 360 degrees F.
