- 2 tablespoons honey
- 24 ounces sweet corn
- 4 ounces cream cheese
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon ground black pepper
Instructions
- In a large skillet, melt butter over medium high heat.
- Add honey and stir.
- Add corn and cook 6-8 minutes, stirring often.
- Add cream cheese and stir-cooking an additional 4-5 minutes or until melted.
- Season with salt and pepper.
