Description

Easy Garlic Sauce is a quick and flavorful condiment made with a base of mayonnaise and yogurt, it’s perfect for dipping, spreading, or drizzling on all your favorite dishes.


Ingredients

  • 1 cup plain Greek yogurt
  • 1 cup mayonnaise
  • 3 cloves fresh garlic
  • 1/2 lemon, juiced
  • 1/4 cup parsley
  • 1 tablespoon extra-virgin olive oil
  • salt, to taste
  • black pepper, to taste

Instructions

  1. Using a knife or food processor, mince the garlic cloves and chop the parsley.
  2. In a food processor, add the mayonnaise, yogurt, minced garlic, chopped parsley, lemon juice, olive oil, salt, and black pepper.
  3. Process the ingredients in the food processor until they are well combined and the sauce reaches a smooth, creamy consistency. Stop and scrape down the sides of the bowl as needed to ensure all the ingredients are evenly incorporated.
  4. Taste the garlic sauce and adjust the seasoning as needed. Add more salt, pepper, or lemon juice to achieve the desired flavor balance.
  5. Transfer the homemade garlic sauce to a serving dish or an airtight container. Serve it immediately!
