- 1 cup plain Greek yogurt
- 1 cup mayonnaise
- 3 cloves fresh garlic
- 1/2 lemon, juiced
- 1/4 cup parsley
- 1 tablespoon extra-virgin olive oil

Instructions
- Using a knife or food processor, mince the garlic cloves and chop the parsley.
- In a food processor, add the mayonnaise, yogurt, minced garlic, chopped parsley, lemon juice, olive oil, salt, and black pepper.
- Process the ingredients in the food processor until they are well combined and the sauce reaches a smooth, creamy consistency. Stop and scrape down the sides of the bowl as needed to ensure all the ingredients are evenly incorporated.
- Taste the garlic sauce and adjust the seasoning as needed. Add more salt, pepper, or lemon juice to achieve the desired flavor balance.
- Transfer the homemade garlic sauce to a serving dish or an airtight container. Serve it immediately!
