- 1/2 cup mayonnaise
- 1/4 cup sour cream
- 2 tablespoons fresh dill, finely chopped
- 1 tablespoon lemon juice
- 1 teaspoon Dijon mustard
- 1 small clove garlic, minced
- Salt and pepper, to taste
Instructions
- Make sure your dill is fresh and finely chopped.
- In a small bowl, whisk together the sour cream, mayonnaise (if using), dill, lemon juice, garlic powder (if using), salt, and pepper.Â
- Cover the bowl and refrigerate the sauce for at least 30 minutes to allow the flavors to meld. This will also make the sauce thicker.
