- 3 cups mini marshmallows
- 1/4 cup butter
- 4 ounces dark chocolate
- 4 ounces semisweet chocolate
- 1/4 cup water
- 1 cup whipped cream

- In a small saucepan, heat the water, butter, and marshmallows over medium heat, stirring frequently until the marshmallows begin to melt.
- Break the chocolate into pieces and add to the pan. Continue stirring until the mixture becomes smooth and uniform.
- Remove from heat, and allow to cool for 5 minutes. Then, fold them in a whipped cream, and pour the mousse into serving dishes.
- Chill for at least 30 minutes before serving.
Notes
- Adjust the chocolate to fit your taste—semi-sweet, milk chocolate, white chocolate, and dark chocolate are all good options (or a mixture of them!).
