Cucumber Watermelon Cocktail

Description

Hold on to your taste buds, this Cucumber Sunrise Cocktail is packed with refreshing flavors! Inspired by the Carnival Cruise Line Alchemy Bar!

Ingredients

Units Scale
  • 1" cube watermelon
  • 4 slices cucumber (additional for garnish if desired)
  • 1 oz orange juice
  • 1 oz lime juice
  • 2 oz high quality vodka
  • 1 tsp simple syrup (if desired)

Instructions

  1. Muddle (crush) the watermelon and cucumber at the bottom of the cocktail shaker. 
  2. Add the orange juice, lime juice, vodka, and simple syrup. 
  3. Shake vigorously and pour into a highball glass filled with ice.
  4. Garnish with a cucumber and serve immediately

Notes

  • Nutritional information shown without simple syrup.
  • You can substitute the simple syrup and watermelon with Monin watermelon flavored simple syrup if desired
