Ingredients

Scale
  • 12 ounce can of corned beef
  • 1 tablespoon of vegetable oil
  • 1 onion
  • 2 potatoes peeled and cubed
  • 1 tablespoon of cider vinegar

  2. Heat oil in a large frying pan or cast-iron skillet over medium-high heat.
  3. Add the potatoes and onions for 5 minutes or until they start to brown.
