Every holiday season, I whip up these Christmas Rolo Pretzel Bites for the perfect mix of sweet, salty, and festive fun. Theyโre ridiculously easy to make and always disappear faster than you can say โMerry Christmas!โ

- 48 dark salted caramel Rolos
- 48 pretzel snaps (or mini twists or waffle rounds)
- 48 red and green M&Mโs
- 1/4 cup holiday nonpareil sprinkles

- Preheat the oven to 250ยฐF and line a baking tray with parchment paper.
- Arrange the pretzels in a single layer on the tray, then place one Rolo on top of each pretzel.
- Bake for 2-3 minutes, just enough to soften the Rolo without completely melting and flattening.
- Once out of the oven, press an M&M gently into the center of each Rolo. Work quickly before the chocolate sets! Then, add a sprinkle of nonpareil sprinkles on top.
- Let the bites set at room temperature for about 20 minutes or chill in the fridge for 10 minutes to speed up the process. Enjoy!
Notes
- I recommend 2 minutes for room-temperature Rolos, and 3 minutes if theyโre chilled.
