Description

These delicious chocolate coconut squares are easy and fast to whip up and leave your sweet tooth totally satisfied with toasted coconut, chocolate chips, and chopped walnuts on top of graham cracker crust!


Ingredients

Units Scale
  • 1/2 cup butter
  • 1 cup graham cracker crumbs (about 8 full graham crackers1 sleeve, crushed)
  • 1 cup chopped walnuts
  • 1 cup unsweetened flaked coconut (divided)
  • 1.5 cups semi-sweet chocolate chips
  • 14 oz sweetened condensed milk

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Line a 9 by 13 inch baking pan with parchment paper or aluminum foil.
  2. Microwave butter for one minute or until melted.
  3. Pour butter in the baking pan.
  4. Add graham cracker crumbs to pan and use spatula to press crumbs into the butter.
  5. Sprinkle nuts, 1/2 cup coconut, and chocolate chips over graham crackers.
  6. Pour condensed milk evenly over mixture and top with remaining coconut.
  7. Bake for 20-25 minutes or until golden brown.
  8. Cool completely on wire rack and place in refrigerator for one hour minutes to set.
  9. Cut into squares and enjoy!
