- 16 ounce box penne pasta
- 2/3 cup olive oil
- 1/4 cup buttermilk
- 1/2 cup mayonnaise
- 1 ounce packet Ranch dressing mix
- 1/2 cup cooked chopped bacon
- 1 1/2 cups shredded cheddar cheese
- 1/4 cup chopped fresh parsley
Instructions
- Cook the pasta al dente according to the package directions. Drain and rinse with cold water to cool.
- Mix oil, buttermilk, mayo, and ranch dressing in a large bowl and stir to mix.
- Add pasta, bacon, cheese, and parsley to the ranch dressing and stir to coat.
- Refrigerate 8 hours before serving.
