Description
Air fryer roasted potatoes are the perfect blend of crispy exterior and light and fluffy inside. Seasoned to perfection with olive oil, garlic salt, and minced garlic, these potatoes are ready in just 15 minutes.

- 4 medium-sized potatoes, quartered
- 1/2 yellow onion, diced
- 2-3 tbsp olive oil
- garlic salt, to taste
- 2 tbsp minced garlic, optional
Instructions
- Preheat the air fryer to 375ยฐF.
- Wash and quarter the potatoes, and dice the yellow onion.
- In a large bowl, combine potatoes and onion. Drizzle with olive oil, sprinkle with garlic salt, and add minced garlic if using. Toss to coat.
- Transfer to the air fryer basket in a single layerย to ensure even cooking. Cook for 15-18 minutes, tossing halfway through.
- Once golden and crispy, remove and serve hot, garnished with fresh parsley or herbs.
Notes
Store leftovers in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 3 days. Reheat in the air fryer.
