Description

This sparkling strawberry lemonade is a refreshing and easy-to-make drink that’s perfect for summer gatherings or a sunny day treat. With the bright flavors of fresh sweet strawberries, tart lemon, and a bubbly finish, this delicious homemade lemonade is the ultimate thirst-quencher that everyone will love.

  • 1 1/2 cups of strawberries, hulled and chopped
  • 1 1/2 cups lemon juice (about 5 lemons if freshly squeezed)
  • 1 cup of sugar or to taste
  • 6 cups of sparkling water

  1. Puree the strawberries with 1/2 cup of lemon juice until smooth. Then, strain out the seeds and berry bits using a sieve.
  2. Add the remaining lemon juice and sugar, and mix well. Start with 4 cups of water and adjust to taste, adding up to 6 cups total.
  3. Adjust the sweetness and tartness by adding more or less water to taste or depending on your personal sweetness preference.
