Description

This Ruby Red Raspberry Cocktail is a refreshing blend of tart raspberries and tangy grapefruit juice, vodka, and a splash of orange Italian soda for a bright, zesty kick. It’s perfect for warm weather or a festive occasion around the holidays.


Ingredients

  • 0.5 oz Raspberry Simple Syrup
  • 1 oz quality vodka
  • 2 dashes Grapefruit Bitters
  • 2 oz Blood Orange Italian Soda
  • 2 oz Ruby Red Grapefruit Juice
  • raspberries
  • crushed ice

Instructions

  1. In a cocktail shaker add raspberry simple syrup, vodka, grapefruit bitters, blood orange Italian soda, ruby red grapefruit juice, and top with ice.
  2. Stir vigorously for 30 seconds.
  3. Strain into serving glasses filled with crushed ice.
  4. Garnish with fresh raspberries.
