Description

Homemade ranch seasoning mix is easy to make in just minutes, so you can skip the store-bought packets. This easy dry ranch dressing mix uses simple pantry spices to create that classic ranch flavor you know and love—without any additives or fillers. Perfect for dressings, dips, or seasoning everything from chicken to veggies!

Ingredients

Units Scale
  • 1/2 cup dried parsley
  • 2 tablespoons dried dill
  • 4 teaspoons onion powder
  • 4 teaspoons garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1 teaspoon pepper

Instructions

  1. Place all the ingredients into a small bowl and stir to combine.
  2. OPTIONAL: Transfer the mixture to a spice grinder, working in batches if needed, and pulse for around 10 seconds or until the herbs are finely ground and no large bits remain.
  3. Pour the seasoning into an airtight container, such as a mason jar or spice jar, and store it in a cool, dry pantry for up to 6 months.

Notes

  • Label the jar with the date so you can keep track of how fresh it is. Homemade spice blends are best used within six months.
