Description

This beautiful Christmas Wreath Charcuterie Board is packed with savory meats, rich cheeses, and sweet fruits, making it the perfect centerpiece for holiday gatherings.

Ingredients

Units Scale
  • 7 ounce package sliced salami
  • 6 ounce tray sliced prosciutto
  • 8 ounce round brie cheese
  • 7 ounce brie cheese wedge
  • 8 ounce block pepper Jack cheese, cut into 1-inch cubes
  • thin sliced cheese, cut into smaller squares
  • 12 ounce package assorted round crackers
  • 8.7-ounce box rectangular or square crackers
  • 2 cups trail mix
  • 10 ounce jar stuffed Manzanilla olives
  • 6 ounce can pitted medium black olives
  • 1 apple, cored and sliced
  • mixed berries, fresh raspberries, blackberries, blueberries
  • red, black, and green grapes
  • 1 cup whole berry cranberry sauce
  • 1 cup honey
  • fresh sage and rosemary, for garnish

Instructions

  1. Cut the pepper Jack into 1-inch cubes. Cut the cheese slices into smaller squares, and if desired, use a cookie cutter to make star shapes. Use a large star-shaped cutter on the brie, remove the center, and fill it with cranberry sauce, jam, or honey.
  2. Layer the salami in a line and fan it out. Roll it up, securing it with a toothpick. Make small and big roses by trying different slices. Repeat with the remaining salami.
  3. After preparing the cheese and salami, create an outline for the wreath using fresh herbs along the outer edge. Then, form a smaller circle in the center of the board. Feel free to make adjustments as needed.
  4. Outline the wreath with fresh herbs. Place cranberry brie round onto the board, then add the salami roses on opposite ends, next place the crackers, nuts, olives, and cheese cubes on different areas of the board.
  5. Separate the prosciutto and roll the pieces or fan it out, and put two bunches on opposite sides of the board. Next, fill the gaps with fruit, then add herb sprigs for a fuller wreath, and decorate with the cut-out star cheese.
  6. Serve with extra cranberry sauce and honey on the side.
