- 1/2 cup (1 stick) unsalted butter
- 1 cup hot sauce
- 1 tablespoon white vinegar
- 1 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
- 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1/2 teaspoon kosher salt
- 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
- pinch of cayenne, if you want spicy
Instructions
- Add the butter and hot sauce to a pan.
- Place over medium heat and once the butter melts, add in the vinegar, Worcestershire, garlic powder, salt and pepper.
- Stir to combine.
- Once it simmers remove from heat and serve.
