Description

This easy buffalo sauce recipe combines melted butter with hot sauce, a touch of vinegar, and a few simple seasonings for a rich, tangy, and slightly spicy sauce that is perfect for all your favorite dishes.


Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup (1 stick) unsalted butter
  • 1 cup hot sauce
  • 1 tablespoon white vinegar
  • 1 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
  • 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon kosher salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
  • pinch of cayenne, if you want spicy

Instructions

  1. Add the butter and hot sauce to a pan.
  2. Place over medium heat and once the butter melts, add in the vinegar, Worcestershire, garlic powder, salt and pepper.
  3. Stir to combine.
  4. Once it simmers remove from heat and serve.
